Two Building Volumes
Two shifted building volumes organize balconies and terraces facing southwest. In doing so, we designed protected and well-sunlit outdoor spaces for all apartments. On the second floor, two recesses stagger the building volumes and additionally create spacious rooftop terraces for the penthouses.
House with a View
The slope of the plot allowed for the orientation of the apartments perpendicular to the hillside, providing an incredible view to the west. Even from the ground-floor apartments and terraces, a panoramic view extends beyond the neighboring buildings and Rotmoosweg Street.
