Today, the city council of Graz approved the urban plan Raiffeisenstraße / Puntigamerstraße. The urban plan is based on our winning competition entry for Residential buildings Raiffeisenstraße. The political stakeholders highlighted the exceptional quality of our terraced buildings and the creation of two generous green courtyards. Furthermore, Petersbach will serve as a natural habitat for animals and insects in the north of the development.
